| It is one of the tourists housing with more charm of the island. This housing and the other two annexed housings, Cap D’artrux and Son Xoriguer, make up the greatest tourist resort of Minorca; all of them belong to the municipal district of Ciutadella. |
| The charm mainly lies in its marina, colloquially known by the name “El Lago”, which provides a great variety of food and holds typical Minorcan crafts (llauts) and modern motorboats. It has also a mall where you could do your shopping. |
| The housing has two beaches, both with white sand and crystalline water. |

Cala'n Bosch beach, only some meters from the hotel, is ideal to have a wonderful day with the family and be able to swim peacefully.
Son Xoriguer Beach is 10 minutes walking from the hotel. This beach, subdivided in three parts, is less crowded and provides visitors with opportunities to practice water sports. |
